The commercial air handler unit (AHU) is the backbone of this system, filtering and ensuring efficient circulation throughout your entire duct system. AHU parts include the housing, heating and cooling coils, blower (or fan), humidifier, air filters and dampers.

Commercial HVAC systems here in the South don’t just keep the hot air outside so the people who work indoors can do their jobs in comfort. Some of that hot air is generated indoors, too.Maintaining your air handling unit is crucial for efficient HVAC performance. A malfunctioning unit usually means air flow is interrupted. If you’ve noticed an increase in energy usage or if air is blowing warmer than it should, you may have a clogged and dirty air handler unit on your hands.
